Stepping Forward
“Stepping Forward: A 12-Week Program for Children and Families” is an emotional skills program designed to help children and families cope with the difficult process of divorce. The program is tailored specifically to the needs of families and is a collaborative effort between divorce lawyers and mental health professionals.
Over the course of 12 weeks, children will learn important emotional skills such as understanding feelings, self-care and coping strategies, effective communication, building a support system, managing anger and frustration, and positive thinking and reframing. The program also includes topics on identifying triggers, dealing with guilt and blame, forgiveness and letting go, building resilience, moving forward and setting goals, and reflection and review.
Parents will also have the opportunity to learn important skills such as active listening, self-care, co-parenting communication, conflict resolution, managing their own emotions, and supporting positive thinking. The program aims to empower both children and parents with the skills and resources they need to navigate the challenges of divorce and build a positive future together.
The program is ideal for families who are going through or have recently gone through divorce, as well as divorce lawyers who are looking for additional resources to support their clients and their families. By participating in “Stepping Forward,” families can build resilience and move forward together in a positive and healthy way.

Stronger Together
“Stronger Together: A 20-Week Program for Children and Families Coping with Divorce” is an emotional skills program designed to support families going through the difficult process of divorce. The program is tailored to meet the unique needs of families, and is a collaborative effort between mental health professionals and divorce lawyers.
The 20-week program covers a range of topics and skills, including understanding and managing feelings, self-care and coping strategies, effective communication, building a support system, managing stress and anxiety, problem-solving and decision making, adjusting to changes, expressing emotions appropriately, developing empathy and understanding, maintaining healthy relationships, building a positive self-image, and planning for the future.
In addition, parents will have the opportunity to learn important skills such as co-parenting communication, conflict resolution, managing their own emotions, modeling healthy relationships, and fostering positive self-image in their children.
The program is ideal for families who are going through or have recently gone through divorce, as well as divorce lawyers who are looking for additional resources to support their clients and their families. By participating in “Stronger Together,” families can build resilience and move forward together in a positive and healthy way.
